One chance syndicates has been arrested after they successfully collected the sum of 2million Naira from an innocent guy residing around Cottage Hospital, Rumuobiakani, in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The woman among them was stripped half uncovered as they are being paraded alongside her cohorts but an eyewitness has stated that Police has now taken them away and so prevented them from being lynched.
