Yesterday, A Federal
High Court in Jos, Plateau State issued a bench warrant on former Governor of
Gombe State with name Danjuma Goje for the reason that he refused to appear in
court.
The warrant is to
take effect by 8am today being 5th October, if he fails to appear in
court by himself.
Danjuma Goje is
currently a Senator and Chairman of Senate Committee on Appropriation is being prosecuted
by EFCC over allegations of Financial Crimes when he was the Governor of Gombe
State.
